Who it helps
Individual therapy
For adults who want to talk, in Spanish or English, about what weighs on them at work, at home or in the family, with nobody rushing them.

What the work is like
What sessions look like
A conversation of about 50 minutes, in person or by video. You choose what to talk about; your therapist listens, asks and suggests ways of seeing what is going on.
The method
Talk therapy. Your therapist explains in the first session which method they use and which organization they trained with.
What this is not
It is not an assessment or a diagnosis on request, and no medication is prescribed. If another kind of help is needed, we tell you and give you names.
How long it takes
Your therapist suggests a pace and you adjust it to your week. Nobody promises you a number of sessions.
How it is paid
You pay for each session yourself, and before you start we give you the cost in writing. You can ask for an itemized receipt for your plan.
Three questions
Can I mix Spanish and English?
Of course. Talk the way you talk at home; both therapists understand both languages.
What if I work nights?
We have appointments until 8 p.m. on weekdays and on Saturday mornings. If none works for you, write to us.
How much does it cost?
We give you the cost in writing before the first session. The details are on the fees page.
Tell us how you would like to start
A message is enough. We reply within one business day.
