What you write in the contact form: your name, email, phone, how you prefer to be reached and your message. We ask you not to include medical details in that message.

How we use it

Only to answer you. We do not sell or share your information with advertising companies.

Your therapy records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Before you start we explain the limits of confidentiality in writing.

This site

This site has no chat. The booking button opens the office calendar, and the intake form is on a separate portal; each has its own privacy notice.

How to ask for deletion

Write to us at hola@serenyaterapia.com and we delete your form message, except what the law requires us to keep.
